Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

This is a genuine Work From Home position for sales professionals. Whether you're experienced or new to sales, our training platform will help you succeed from your home office. We also offer a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with financial protection plans including Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Follow up with responders sent to our office and schedule appointments, either by you (full-time) or by another Field Underwriter (part-time or referring agents).
• Engage with families via in-person meetings or video chats to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your results to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; we provide leads.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we can assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad.
• Own a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
