Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether experienced or new to sales, our training platform will help you succeed working from your home office. We also offer a part-time platform for referring agents.

Responsibilities

1. Help protect families financially through Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
2. Follow up with responders, schedule appointments, and conduct in-person or video chats to assist families in finding suitable protection plans.
3. Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
4. Report your performance metrics to the home office.
5. Participate in ongoing sales training.
6. Work with leads—NO cold calling or prospecting required.
7. This is a 100% commission-based, sole proprietor 1099 sales position.

Qualifications

1. State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we assist with discounted classes).
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
4. Pass criminal background and drug screening.
5. Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
6. Ability to build rapport with clients.
7. Proficient with smartphones, computers, and tablets.
8. Own a computer or tablet with a webcam.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Self-motivated.
