Compensation Range: Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, we provide training for all our new agents.

Description
  • We help protect families financially if they have a loved one become critically ill or pass away.
  • Our work is extremely important to the families we serve, and they have requested information about our programs.
  • We work in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, retirement planning for younger clients, and retirement preparation for those ready to retire.
Duties
  • Follow up on responders sent to our office by future clients and schedule appointments.
  • Meet with families in person, over the phone, or via video chat to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your numbers to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
  • This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with smartphone, computer, or tablet.
  • Own a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
