What You’ll Do :

• Assist customers by answering questions about insurance products and helping them find the right coverage. No cold calling – Handle inbound inquiries only, from individuals who have already shown interest. Guide customers through the application process , ensuring a seamless experience. Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and friendly manner. Follow up with potential customers, providing additional support as needed. Work alongside licensed agents to finalize insurance plans for customers.
