Compensation Range: Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description

• Help protect families financially if a loved one becomes critically ill or passes away.
• Assist families with information about our programs, which include Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning.

Duties

• Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via phone, video chat, or in person to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) role.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Own a cell phone and a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
