Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Intake team in Victoria, TX. You will be among the first contacts for prospective clients, qualify leads, and guide them through the initial intake process, delivering exceptional customer service and communicating the value of our legal services.

Qualifications

• HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar customer-focused sales role.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume client communications via phone, email, and online channels to explain legal services.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule attorney appointments for qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Suite; experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Complete administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, lead reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic
Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, in efforts to explain our valuable legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and or exceed sales goals.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business to customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
