The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is hiring an experienced Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Intake team. You will be among the first contacts for prospective clients, qualifying leads and guiding them through the initial intake process.

Strong customer service, sales acumen, and effective communication of our legal services are essential. We offer competitive pay with sales-based bonuses, ongoing training, and a business casual environment.

Qualifications

• High-volume client communication via phone, email, and online channels.
• Strong customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake or customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication to explain services.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite; experience with CRM software (HubSpot).
• Handle administrative tasks: data entry, document prep, lead reporting, etc.
• Maintain concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process.

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks), and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, in efforts to explain our valuable legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and or exceed sales goals.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business to customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
