Job summary

MPower Direct LLC is hiring in the Pittsburgh area for an ambitious sales role. You will meet homeowners to introduce renewable energy solutions, build genuine relationships, and guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience.

We offer training, coaching, and ongoing support, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and weekend opportunities. Top performers can earn $65,000–$95,000+ annually with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• No prior sales experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners in the Greater Pittsburgh area to present renewable energy solutions.
• Build relationships through confident, informative conversations to help customers decide on energy options.
• Guide customers through enrollment while delivering outstanding service.
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills through daily coaching and hands-on training.

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
