Job Summary

We are seeking a goal‑oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. You will provide solutions to customers’ work apparel needs, offering weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and company branding. You will support our customers as they get Ready for the Workday™ and apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.

Skills / Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 – $150,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance and business needs.
