Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Outside Sales team member to prospect, develop, and qualify leads within a North Carolina territory. You’ll use our CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and meet weekly quotas while offering work apparel solutions, laundry, delivery, and branding services to customers in various industries.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of building relationships. A strong UPS/commute ethic and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Present solutions for work apparel needs including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding.
• Collaborate with customers to elevate their image and employee programs.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales team member, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your respective territory. You will utilize our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. You will provide customers with solutions to their work apparel needs by offering weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and company branding that helps teams across every industry look professional, feel prepared, and perform.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience
