Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Fort Worth, Texas is searching for entry-level sales representatives to begin a rewarding career with a leader in logistics. This position offers a structured training program, a salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 in the first year, and an uncapped commission structure for high performers.

You will receive hands-on training, develop negotiation skills, and works towards building a book of business while establishing relationships with customers and carriers.

• Build your book to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and resolve freight issues.
