Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level sales representatives in Daytona Beach, FL. No experience required, with a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics.

This role offers a strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and a fast-track career path. You'll receive six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, learn to negotiate freight deals, manage shipments, and build your professional book.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
