Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative & Trainer to join our growing team. This role combines sales responsibilities with leadership and mentorship within the sales team. You will drive revenue growth and develop new talent, contributing to both personal and team success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Representative Duties:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage new clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Product Presentations & Negotiations: Present products/services, negotiate, and close sales.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Trainer Duties:

• Deliver and improve training programs.
• Coach and mentor new hires and junior staff.
• Monitor training outcomes and adjust programs.
• Foster continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven record.
• Experience in coaching or training (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Organizational and proactive mindset.
• Relationship-building ability.
• Positive attitude and resilience.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Access to a cell phone, iPad, and data plan.
