We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative & Trainer to join our growing team. This role combines sales responsibilities with leadership and mentoring within the sales team. You will drive revenue growth and develop new talent, contributing to both personal and team success.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Representative Duties:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Product Presentations & Negotiations: Present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Trainer Duties:
  • Deliver Training Programs: Learn and deliver training, and contribute to improving training materials.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Provide coaching to new hires and junior staff.
  • Monitor Training Effectiveness: Track outcomes and adjust programs as needed.
  • Foster Continuous Learning: Promote professional growth within the team.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Training & Mentorship Experience: Preferred but not required; coachability is important.

  • Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
