What you will do:

As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet our customers’ needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically track your territory progress, proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager, and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff about the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take pride in excellent service and are always prepared to assist customers whenever needed. As a Sales Representative, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and find purpose in selling products that improve healthcare.

What you need:
  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
Travel requirement:
  • Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
Physical requirements:
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with the ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention.
Mental requirements:
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
  • Manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize work and maintain detailed, confidential records.
  • Communicate and present effectively to large groups.
  • Uphold unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive environment.
