Job Overview

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This field‑based role involves meeting homeowners, performing roof inspections, and providing solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long‑term relationships.

Our Sales Representatives are introduced to our Industry‑Leading Sales System, where you will be given all the tools you need to succeed, including daily leads. We seek authentic individuals to help “Bring Peace of Mind” to our customers in our market location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site roof and attic inspections to assess customer needs
• Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
• Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
• Run daily leads
• Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
• Follow up with past customers
• Maintain contact with current customers
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure sold projects are completed
• Maintain a high level of communication and organization while representing G & W Roofing and providing respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screenStrong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
• Daily travel in the home market
• Military service is a plus
• Industry experience is not required – we will train

Work Environment

• This position primarily involves working sales appointments in the local market
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Driving

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
