Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing family and work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments. Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing family.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments.

• Travel to local appointments in a company‑provided vehicle and spend the majority of your time in the field.
• Build relationships and create positive customer experiences.
• Attend training sessions, complete estimates, close sales, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Adhere to the company schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently and enjoys meeting new people.
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Willing to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.

• Training pay and commission based structure with earning potential range of $50,000–$80,000
