Location:DMV Area (VA / DC / MD)
Compensation:$65,000 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Project Evaluations:Assess homes and project sites, diagnose issues, and create accurate estimates for repairs and construction scopes including excavation, underpinnings, and additions.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting:Build detailed estimates using software and field knowledge; track project budgets to prevent overruns.
- Proposal Development:Write and deliver client-ready proposals with clear scopes, pricing, visuals, and timelines.
- Client Interaction & Sales:Guide homeowners through the sales process, answer technical questions, and close contracts with trust and confidence.
- Collaboration:Work with homeowners, contractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams to align on scope and delivery.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination:Maintain strong vendor relationships to support timely, quality project execution.
- Reporting:Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and budget alignment throughout each job.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction estimating or in-home sales
- Experience in foundation, waterproofing, or concrete/excavation work preferred
- Proficient with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and assess project scopes with accuracy
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Willing to enter crawl spaces and inspect foundations (we train for this)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Base Salary + % Commission
- Monthly performance bonuses
