What We Do

In support of the sales strategy for the assigned territory, develops and retains a quality residential client base of real estate agents and brokers, lenders, builders, attorneys, and others through new business acquisition and maintenance of existing customers to maximize sales volume and develop potential from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

What You'll Do:
  1. Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and maintain and expand business with existing clients.
  2. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources; develop and execute a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
  3. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement a plan to meet those needs.
  4. Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events to increase visibility in the marketing area.
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to support sales strategy.
  6. Create or adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others.
  7. Interact daily with other work groups such as Operations, Marketing, and Escrow branches.
  8. Communicate proactively and respond in a timely manner to clients.
  9. Travel locally within Maryland as required.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually. This position is eligible for bonus pay and incentives based on production or other goals.

Note: This hiring range is an estimate and pay is based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and location.
