Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Work From Home - Sales Representative

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000. This is a true work-from-home position for sales professionals. Whether experienced or new to sales, we offer a training platform to help you succeed from your home office. We also have a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Description
  • Help protect families financially.
  • Work in areas such as Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
  • Assist families by providing information about our programs.
Job Duties
  • Follow up with responders sent to our office by potential clients and schedule appointments. Full-time reps run these appointments; part-time or referring agents may have others do so.
  • Connect with families in person or via video chat to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your performance numbers to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; we provide leads.

Qualifications
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we can assist with discounted classes).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
  • Must have a computer or tablet with a webcam.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
