Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

WORK FROM YOUR HOME BASED OFFICE - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, our training platform will help you succeed from your home office. We also offer a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Responsibilities

• Help protect families financially through Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments. Full-time reps conduct the appointments, while part-time or referring agents may have others do so.
• Connect with families via in-person meetings or video chats to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold-call or prospect; we provide leads.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we can assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Preferred: previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, and tablets.
• Must have a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
