Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Work from your home-based office as a Sales Representative. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $95,000. This is a true work-from-home role suitable for both experienced sales professionals and newcomers, supported by a comprehensive training platform. We also offer a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Responsibilities

1. Help protect families financially through various programs including Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, and Retirement Planning.
2. Follow up with responders and schedule appointments, either by yourself or with a team member if part-time or referring.
3. Engage with families via in-person or video chat to identify suitable protection plans.
4. Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
5. Report your activity to the home office.
6. Participate in ongoing sales training.
7. Note: No cold calling or prospecting—leads are provided.

Qualifications

1. Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (training available at a discount)
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA
4. Pass criminal background check and drug screening
5. Experience in sales or customer service preferred
6. Ability to build rapport with clients
7. Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad
8. Own a computer or tablet with a webcam
9. Excellent communication skills
