Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description

• We help protect families financially if a loved one becomes critically ill or passes away.
• Our work is vital to the families we serve, who seek information about our programs.
• We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client age groups.

Duties

• Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via in-person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission, independent contractor (1099) sales position.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, or tablets.
• Must have a cell phone and a device with a web camera.
