All Weather Seal of West Michigan is expanding its Sales Team and seeking a Sales Representative Recruiter who will identify, attract, interview, and help hire motivated sales professionals. You will source candidates, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with Sales Leadership to build a strong pipeline.

The role focuses on recruiting for multiple markets, maintaining a robust candidate pool, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, sales, customer service, or other people-focused experience.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Confident, energetic, and personable communication style.
• Strong follow-up skills.

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a leading, family-owned home improvement company specializing in Windows, Baths, and Metal Roofing. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Sales Team and looking for a Sales Representative Recruiter who can consistently identify, attract, interview, and help hire motivated sales professionals.

This position is focused specifically on building our Sales Team. You will spend your time sourcing candidates, making outbound calls, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and working closely with Sales Leadership to bring qualified sales representatives into the organization.

What You'll Do

• Recruit Sales Representatives for multiple markets and locations
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential sales candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
• Make outbound calls and messages to prospective candidates daily
• Conduct initial phone screens and qualify candidates
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with Sales Leadership
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM
• Track recruiting activity, interviews, hires, and other performance metrics
• Work closely with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements
• Help identify candidates who fit the company's culture and sales environment
• Communicate the opportunity, compensation structure, expectations, and career path to candidates
• Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact through start date
• Re-engage previous applicants and candidates to create additional recruiting opportunities
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, networking, and community outreach when needed

Preferred Experience

• Sales recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals
• Previous sales experience
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using an ATS or CRM
• Experience with phone-based recruiting or outbound calling
• Experience in the home improvement, construction, automotive, insurance, or other sales industries

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + performance bonuses
• Target annual earnings: $45,000–$65,000

What Success Looks Like

• Within your first 90 days, you will:
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified Sales Representative candidates
• Establish strong daily recruiting activity and outbound-call habits
• Consistently schedule qualified candidates for interviews
• Develop strong communication and follow-up with candidates
• Meet established recruiting and hiring targets
• Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership
• Help reduce open sales positions and emergency hiring needs
• Successfully recruit candidates who meet performance and retention expectations
