We are building a payments platform that empowers business owners. As a Relationship Manager, you'll be part of a sales team transforming business operations. Using a consultative approach, you'll identify, build relationships, and sign up new businesses locally. Understanding their needs, you'll develop tailored solutions to help their business succeed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create a list of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
  2. Perform compelling demos that excite prospects.
  3. This is a work-from-home field sales role; candidates must reside locally.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on sales promises.
  5. Use Atlas, our sales tool, effectively to manage activities.
  6. Understand competitors thoroughly and highlight Heartland's advantages.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Complete mandatory drug screening around the 60th day of employment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with adaptability and creativity.
  • Experience in cold-calling and canvassing local businesses.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Must live in the local area.

  • Compensation includes uncapped weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity, with first-year earnings estimated between $90,000 and $105,000+ for top performers.
