SalesDraft is hiring Solar Sales Representatives in Hyde Park, IL. This onsite, full-time role focuses on educating homeowners and small businesses about solar energy and guiding them toward rooftop or community solar options.

You are supported by paid training, a proven system, and uncapped commissions. Prior solar experience is not required, with a platform for growth and a strong customer-facing sales path.

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners and small businesses in your local territory to help them understand their energy options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners and small businesses throughout your local territory
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Explain community solar and rooftop solar options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Build relationships and turn qualified prospects into subscribers and customers
• Track your activity and consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience throughout the sales process

This is a customer-facing, outside sales position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for their performance.

• $65,000–$120,000+ On-Target Earnings
