Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth through in-person prospecting, inspections, and end-to-end deal closure. You will educate homeowners on services and insurance claims, while working autonomously in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role offers commission-based earnings with paid training and a strong path for advancement. Evening & field hours apply, with full benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience preferred in roofing or related fields.
• Experience in SDR/BDR, inside or outside sales is a plus.
• Retail, customer service, hospitality background is beneficial.
• Construction, project management, or trades experience is valuable.
• Real estate, mortgage, or insurance experience adds value.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
