We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio, to train with some of the top brokers in the company. After completing training and building a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our top-tier paid training and mentorship program will teach you everything about sales, logistics, and supply chain management. Position Details:

Location: Cincinnati (Relocation provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40,000 base salary with uncapped commissions
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• $7,500 housing stipend paid bi-weekly for the first 12 months

• Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker
• Make calls and establish relationships to grow your book of business
• Close new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues for timely delivery
• Communicate proactively and honestly internally and externally
