We are hiring a Sales Representative for the Northern CA territory. Responsibilities include selling gymnasium equipment, telescoping bleachers, seating, and lockers to general contractors, architects, and end-users. The role can be fully remote within Central/Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with general contractors, architects, and end-users in educational and commercial construction markets.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Meet sales metrics for face time, proposals, and close rate.
• Exceed customer expectations, as reflected in surveys.
• Respond promptly to information requests, returning calls within 24 hours.
• Establish and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Perform duties in a customer-friendly manner.
• Architectural sales experience is a plus.
• Estimating experience for Divisions 10, 11, and 12 is preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Travel within the territory
• Limited overnight travel
