Job summary

Cold Front Distribution in Madison, WI is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver frozen foods to established retail accounts and build lasting customer relationships. This full-time role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and professional service on a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will use handheld devices to manage deliveries, rotate stock, and maintain displays while upholding quality standards and representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements.
• Previous DSD, grocery, food distribution, or route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience using handheld delivery devices is preferred.
• Pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR required.

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Deliver frozen food products safely and accurately to established retail accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service

• PTO begins accruing with your first paycheck and is available for immediate use
