Job summary

Cold Front Distribution in Appleton, WI, is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver frozen foods to retail accounts and build strong customer relationships. The role focuses on accurate deliveries, attractive merchandising, and reliable service, with use of handheld devices for inventory control.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Mon-Fri schedule — weekends off.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements.
• Previous DSD, grocery, food distribution, or route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience using handheld delivery devices is preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR.
• PTO accrues from first paycheck and is available for immediate use.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in the Appleton, WI area.

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Deliver frozen food products safely and accurately to established retail accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service
• Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays as needed
• Utilize handheld technology to complete deliveries and manage inventory
• Rotate products and ensure quality standards are met

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements
• Previous DSD, grocery, food distribution, or route sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience using handheld delivery devices is preferred
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
• PTO begins accruing with your first paycheck and is available for immediate use
