Applicants should have luxury automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a proven track record in customer service. Schedule is 5 days, Sundays off; full-time position in Buffalo NY.

Jaguar Land Rover of Buffalo is looking to add onto our team an experienced luxury brand Sales Associate.Essential Job Functions:Maintain a professional personal appearanceSell and deliver a minimum amount of vehicles each monthWrite a complete sales order and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policiesUtilize dealership sales control and follow-up systemsAttend all product, sales, and employment related trainings as instructed by managementStay up-to-date on new products and services within the industryMaintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.Maintain a prospect development system.Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.Know and understand the federal, state and local laws that govern retail auto sales.Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Fully explain the product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.Follow up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.Schedule:5 day work week, Sundays off and one weekday.Availability Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm and every Saturday 9am - 5pm required.Qualifications:Luxury sales experience required, automotive preferredSuccessful Sales / Customer Service experienceExceptionally strong communication skilsValid Driver's License
