Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Joint Replacement Sales Associate to support sales teams across the Rio Grande Valley. You will assist with product evaluations in OR and office settings, help drive territory development, and maintain strong customer relationships while learning from experienced sales reps and managers.

The role requires a degree or relevant certifications with experience in medical or B2B sales, and involves travel up to 50% with on-call duties after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience in sales or medical field.
• Associate degree or medical certification with 2+ years related experience.
• High School diploma with 4+ years related experience or active-duty military service.
• Preferred: medical-related fields or B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
