Sales Representative, Iron Specialist, Women's Health - Indiana

Shield is seeking self-motivated, passionate, and results-driven sales professionals to join our dynamic organization. Be part of our journey to build a great company and revolutionize the iron deficiency and anemia market in the US.

Join our top-tier commercial team as we relaunch ACCRUFeR (ferric maltol), the only FDA-approved oral iron therapy for adults with iron deficiency. With over 15 million patients affected by ID/IDA in the US, this role offers a unique opportunity to address unmet medical needs and provide meaningful solutions.

Territory: Indianapolis, covering the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote ACCRUFeR to targeted healthcare professionals focusing on Women’s Health and Iron deficiency.
2. Develop and implement a tailored territory management plan.
3. Prepare and execute pre- and post-call strategies based on customer segmentation.
4. Maintain compliant and ethical sales practices.
5. Challenge existing therapies and treatment options.
6. Prioritize patient and customer needs with urgency.
7. Leverage available assets to increase awareness of ACCRUFeR.
8. Engage actively with customers to gather feedback and improve patient outcomes.
9. Collaborate with internal and alliance partners to maximize success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Experience in Women’s Health Care preferred.
• Strong business acumen and comprehensive office call approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel, including overnights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Residency within the territory or reasonable commuting distance.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
