As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching them with suitable products to convert leads into policyholders.
Training is remote, paid, and includes licensing if needed. The training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Benefits start from day one. Schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11 am-8 pm CST. Equipment is provided; a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet are required.
