The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote environment. All representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing!

  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months before shift considerations.
  • All equipment provided. Must maintain a professional home workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Effective communication skills for prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
