Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the right coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Paid training in a remote environment, including licensing if needed.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • All incoming leads are warm; no cold calling.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST), for at least 12 months.
  • All equipment provided; must maintain a professional workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are unsupported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for prospects and customers.
  • Analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
