Job Description

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Paid remote training for 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.
  • Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, only inbound warm leads.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications

  • Strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Property & Casualty License required after hire.
