Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced orthopedic sales professional to lead territory strategy and drive product adoption in Seattle. You will build surgeon and HCP relationships, deliver in-person clinical support, and coordinate local events with logistics support.

Expect up to 95% travel by car, occasional overnight trips, and a base salary in the 112k–135k range plus bonus potential. This role emphasizes compliance, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute territory sales plans, manage customer pipelines, track sales activity, and report market/competitor insights to leadership.
• Clinical & Surgical Support: Provide in-person technical expertise during orthopedic procedures. Provide flexible case coverage, including evening, weekend, and on-call support.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with surgeons and healthcare professionals (HCPs) while educating referral networks on product offerings.
• Events & Logistics: Coordinate local educational/sales events and oversee the transportation of implants and surgical instruments to sites.
• Compliance & Leadership: Maintain strict adherence to HCP compliance regulations, legal guidelines, and company SOPs. Mentor junior sales representatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of proven orthopedic sales experience, OR 8+ years of medical device sales experience (or equivalent combination).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong clinical acumen and ability to master a complete product portfolio.
• Communication: Demonstrated ability to influence, present, and build trust with clinical stakeholders.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Physical: Ability to independently lift and transport instrument kits up to 50 lbs.
• Travel: Up to 95% territory travel (predominantly by car), with up to 20% overnight travel.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $112,000 – $135,000 + bonus potential.
