Got Rot? in the Greater Seattle area is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our dry rot, siding, and exterior renovation services. You will engage homeowners, conduct on-site consultations, and present professional proposals to close deals.

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, paid training, and a supportive team with strong backend support. You’ll work with CRM tools, maintain a healthy pipeline, and help homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, home services, or construction is preferred but not required.
• Clear communication in person and in writing.
• Self-driven and eager to succeed.
• Comfortable with in-person consultations and crawlspace inspections.
• Basic tech skills with CRM and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our project and admin teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and happy customers
• Represent Got Rot? with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have prior experience in sales, home services, or construction (preferred but not required)
• Communicate clearly and confidently — both in person and in writing
• Are self-driven, hungry to learn, and eager to succeed
• Are comfortable with in-person consultations and occasional crawlspace inspections (yes, we’re rot pros!)
• Have basic tech skills (CRM, email, Google Docs, etc.)
• Own a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
