Got Rot? in the Greater Seattle area is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our dry rot, siding, and exterior renovation services. You will engage homeowners, conduct on-site consultations, and present professional proposals to close deals.

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, paid training, and a supportive team with strong backend support. You’ll work with CRM tools, maintain a healthy pipeline, and help homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, home services, or construction is preferred but not required.
• Clear communication in person and in writing.
• Self-driven and eager to succeed.
• Comfortable with in-person consultations and crawlspace inspections.
• Basic tech skills with CRM and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through referrals, inquiries, or proactive outreach.
• Conduct on-site consultations to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Provide accurate, professional proposals.
• Manage and nurture your pipeline using CRM and sales tools.
• Follow up persistently and close deals with confidence.
• Collaborate with project and admin teams for smooth handoffs.
