Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking talented Sales Representatives (Associate to Full Level) to drive growth in orthopedic solutions across the West Region. You will deliver product expertise in operating rooms and clinical settings, while building relationships with surgeons and healthcare teams.

Ideal candidates bring 0-2 years (Associate) or 1-3 years (Representative) of medical device sales experience, with strong communication and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• For Associate level: 0-2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred).
• For Representative level: 1-3 years of sales experience within the medical device industry (orthopedic preferred).

What You'll Do

Who You Are - Ideal candidates will bring:

Credentialing Required:

The responsibilities of this position include frequent surgery visits/observations. The incumbent will be required to obtain hospital-required credentials.

Target Compensation:

Associate Representatives: $65,000.00- $80,000.00 Experienced Representatives: 100% commission structure - on target earnings typically range from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, depending on region, individual performance and sales volume.
