Executive Financial Partners LLC is seeking an entry-level sales professional to join our growing team in a performance-driven, 1099 independent contractor role. No prior experience required as licensing, training, and mentorship are provided to help you launch a successful career with uncapped earnings.

You will meet with clients, identify their needs, present tailored health insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses using Salesforce

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered).

• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, follow-up, and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business, becoming a trusted advisor in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.
