What it takes to succeed in Treace’s Sales Organization:

  • Be dedicated, creative, tenacious, with a proven success record.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and procedures, instilling confidence in surgeons and OR staff.
  • Develop new customers strategically, prospecting and following up on leads.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on product design to enhance performance and satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support sales, market development, and clinical efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for our mission-driven organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
  • Support surgeons in emergency and OR environments for successful patient outcomes.
  • Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
