Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the initial contact with customers, building relationships and guiding them from inquiry to order.

You will consult with clients to define needs, translate requirements into graphic solutions, and manage projects from start to finish, while handling calls, emails and walk-ins. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $40,000–$50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, team player with eye for layout, design and color.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides creative direction by translating customer requirements into impact graphic solutions.
• Manages customer projects from start to finish ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
• Responds to incoming calls, emails, in person walk-ins, and occasional off-site meetings.
• Prepares estimates and maintains estimate follow-up procedures.

Requirements

• Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing, graphic design and/or graphic production experience would be a plus.
• Applicant should feel comfortable communicating with customers in a deadline oriented environment.
• Candidate should be self motivated, organized, a team player, and have an eye for layout, design and color.
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.
