Job summary

FASTSIGNS España is seeking a friendly, responsive Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for current and prospective clients in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will communicate via email, phone, in person and at client sites to build lasting relationships and convert prospects into repeat customers.

The ideal candidate is people-oriented, eager to learn, with strong listening and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits to build lasting relationships.
• Assist in preparing estimates, processing work orders and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support marketing plans to drive business growth.

As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.

The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. All you have to do is look all around and you’ll see there are signs of all types everywhere. You will never be bored working in the sign industry as even the smallest of jobs up to very large projects are unique and highly customized.

You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

Compensation: $18.40 per hour
