Compensation: Commission-only, uncapped ($80,000–$350,000+ potential)

Are you a closer hungry to make serious money in healthcare, wellness, and government sales?

We’re a fast-growing, physician-led healthcare consulting firm providing medical oversight, compliance, and staffing solutions to medspas, wellness clinics, private equity-backed ventures, and government agencies. We are seeking an independent, driven, and experienced sales professional to take the lead on bringing in new accounts — and get paid big for doing it.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, pitch, and close B2B accounts in the medspa, wellness, healthcare, and government sectors
• Sell our medical oversight, business compliance, staffing, and consulting services
• Handle Zoom/phone meetings with medspa owners, physician groups, executives, and public agencies
• Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting through closing and ongoing upsell
• Scout and secure private equity and government contract opportunities
• Participate in mock sales call interview if selected

Requirements:

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales (ideally in healthcare, medspa, or government contracting)
• Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
• Clean criminal background (required for government contracting)
• Comfortable working commission-only with no base salary
• Available during U.S. business hours
• Organized, polished, and hungry to win

Preferred:

• Experience selling into wellness, medspa, IV hydration, or healthcare services
• Familiarity with government RFPs, RFQs, or grant processes
• Background in private equity–backed healthcare ventures
• Bilingual (Spanish is a plus)

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Top performers can expect to earn between $80,000 to $350,000+ annually, depending on deals closed and account growth.

There is room to move up quickly — including the opportunity to build and lead our sales team as we scale.
