QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The role emphasizes account development, presentations, and proposals, with occasional overnight travel.

The ideal candidate will have flooring sales experience, a track record in territory growth, and the motivation to expand regional business and meet aggressive goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; experience with concrete polishing and resinous coatings preferred.
• 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
• Proven ability to qualify and close deals.
• Ability to work well solo and in a team.
• Strong time and territory management skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Account development and territory development through follow ups, cold calls, telemarketing and meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, proposals and demonstrations.
• Provide proposal information for customers.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Grow regional sales and drive revenue.

QuestMark is hiring an experienced Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry - specifically withexperience with Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end usersin commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Job Summary:

• Responsiblefor account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
• Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel
• Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

Candidate Qualifications:

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred
• 2+ years of past territory and account development experience
• Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
• The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
