QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks an experienced Sales Representative to drive the sale of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The role emphasizes new business development, account growth, and field demonstrations.

The position offers a signing bonus, high base, and commission with quarterly and yearly incentives. Expect travel within the territory and substantial earning potential through a salary-plus-commission

Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial flooring is required.
• Experience with concrete polishing and resinous coatings is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
• Solid qualifying and closing ability; strong motivation to develop new accounts.
• Valid state driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounts and territory through follow-up, cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, and business development meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
• Provide accurate information for proposals and customer communications.
• Some overnight travel.
• Grow regional sales and drive market expansion.

QuestMark is hiring an experienced Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry - specifically with experience with Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus

The annual, total compensation for this territory is: $120k - $300k

Job Summary

• Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
• Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel
• Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

Candidate Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred
• 2 + years of past territory and account development experience
• Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
• The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
