Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a Charlottesville area territory and drive revenue for insulation and building products. The role features uncapped earnings, strong relationship-building, and the freedom to grow a fast-expanding business.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in outside sales, knowledge of construction drawings, and a valid driver's license. This is a safety-sensitive role with extensive travel expectations.
